This woman just wanted to reduce the bump on her nose so that her facial proportions appear more harmonious. During her consultation, video imaging was used to help simulate the appearance of a conservative rhinoplasty, and educate her on the nose surgery procedure itself. The image was brought into the operating room to act as a map and reminder of the result that was discussed in the consultation. The third picture is her result at one year, which is very close to her predicted result.
